Suffer from hair loss now i'm afraid of baldness....How i can stop it...?

I'm 23 yr old boy ..... i suffer from hair loss now i'm afraid of baldness.... if anyone tell me wat will be the remedies or any vitaimins deficiency...Suffer from hair loss now i'm afraid of baldness....How i can stop it...?
At 23 you are well past being a boy and luckier than I was. I started losing my hair at 17.

There are certain conditions which can cause baldness, such as radiation sickness, chemo therapy, and some skin and scalp infections.

But if it is genetic then there is no cure. Just lots of expensive products and clinics offering hope.

If there was a real cure would there be any bald rich people?Suffer from hair loss now i'm afraid of baldness....How i can stop it...?
Hi,my first advice is don't be afraid.there are generally 2 types of serious hair loss that can affect you at your age.

1) alopecia areata- localized hair loss, mainly an immune response to a variety of pathological processes like drugs or infections etc. sharply circumscribed lesion with varying degree of hair growth around the lesion.

2) alopecia totalis loss of total body hair.

but the case history that you gave shows no sign of alopecia areata or alopecia totalis.

so here comes next possibilities.which are-

3) androgenic hair loss- though typical androgen induced temporal baldness is very rare among your age group some form of temporal recession of hairline may be found now a days probably for a variety of reasons like malnutrition, stress, pollution etc.for those you may try using Finasteride.but take some medical consultations before trying it.i don't know what's your hormonal levels are,so i don't want to upset the balance.

4) lastly hypochondriasis.- yeah i know most person don't like to hear that about them.but in my daily experience i do see a lot of hypochondriac persons presenting with pathological interpretation of normal physiological functions %26amp; thus subjecting themselves to a variety of unnecessary medical procedures.so please check objectively for hair loss before taking medications.

for treatment part i don't have much to say. JASPER did that all.
There are so many products on the market today that claim they can prevent hair loss. Unfortunately, there is no silver bullet. Depending on you, your body makeup, and the real reason you鈥檙e losing your hair, there are different products and remedies that could work for you.

Because my intent with this article is to help you, here are my recommendations.

Option 1: See a Dr. to first try and truly diagnose the root cause (no pun intended).

Option 2: If you don鈥檛 like going to the Dr. or for whatever reason just don鈥檛 want to go, I鈥檇 recommend doing more research on the internet for hair loss products and testimonials related to their results. There are a lot of companies out there selling to make a quick buck, trying to treat all hair loss generically not really knowing what an individuals issue behind their hair loss really is.

Based on my research, I can tell you that there is one hair loss product that has more positive testimonials across the web then most others and is a fraction of the cost. The product is called Provillus. Although Provillus has the same active ingredients as products such as Rogaine and Scalp Med, it does have one additional ingredient, Azelaic Acid. This ingredient helps kill bacteria in the hair follicles, and rebuilds the follicle and damaged cell. The other difference with Provillus is the cost. It is over 50% cheaper than both Rogaine and Scalp Med. Like a lot of hair loss products out there, Provillus also has a money back guarantee.

I truly hope this has helped you understand that you do have options.
There are only a few proven remedies for baldness:

1) Finasteride - only FDA approved remedy to stop male pattern baldness. It stops DHT from it's source.

2) Minoxidil - encourages hair growth but does not stop the main cause of baldness, DHT.

Add-on that can help:

1) Take a multivitamin

2) Shampoo with Nizoral 2% once a week.

3) Exercise and balanced diet

Been using both for 5 years now and they do work. Don't waste your time and money with oils, creams, or whatever. They DO NOT work at all.
The best thing for you to do is to eat a healthy and balanced diet. If you eat junk food cut it out and try to eat a diet with plenty of vegetables and fruit. This will ensure you get the vitamins, proteins and minerals your hair needs. Since hair is nearly 100% protein the more protein you get the better. A shortage of protein or vital vitamins like Biotin will have a serious impact on your hair.

Use a hair loss shampoo or a shampoo with a good pH. that is a pH between 5.5 and 8.5. Most hair loss shampoo's fall in this range and also contain vital ingredients for your hair.

If you smoke cut it out, recent studies have showed a direct link between smoking and hair loss.

take hair supplements. These contain all the vitamins, proteins and

minerals your hair needs. Some god ones contain DHT blockers as well to prevent the body producing DHT and attacking your hair follicles.
For most teens hair loss is temporary. Thyroid disease, teen medications, and skin disease are a few causes of hair loss in teens. When hair grows-it grows in cycles and eventually falls out.

Each human body is unique, with unique levels of hormones, chemicals, and enzymes. For this reason, to date, there is not a universal cure. Some people experience reduction in hair loss and solid regrowth, while others using the same product may not see the same results. For those who experience less than desired results from the variety of topicals, pills, herbs and hair products available,
hi hair falling may be ur genetic problem.(if it is we cant stop compleatly but we can reduce) if it is not. i will sugget you use mild shampoo with less chemicals( best use baby shampoo) and avoid body heat(i.e drink lot of water to reduce body heat bcos over heat will cause hair fall , apply oil to ur head properly,) taking medicine, or going to clinic is absolutely waste of time and money. psycologically dont worry abt that too much it may help
well the gene may run in ur family, it may be recessive. Try and go 2 a clinic but, if ur 2 embarrassed as sum may be, but u shud really try and talk 2 sum1 as u feel so strongly about it. However, if u want a trial and error method which works on some - try vaseline hair tonic, and massage into ur head. This conditions the roots and try and leave it in without washing it 4 a while. My dad is a bro of, a quad of balding men, and he still has a full head of hair!

Or u could try it with the innner method - eat plenty of eggs, carrots, gelatine - these all encourage hair growth.

Also make sure ur shower is not 2 hot, and be certain that ur shampoo and conditioner is right for u

Hope it helps...
